Ofqual Assured Trainers – Guaranteeing the quality of your training

Ofqual Assured Trainers – We quality assess other First Aid trainers. All our trainers are qualified Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Assessors, meeting the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum’s Assessment Principles for First Aid.

These Assessment Principles are the minimum requirements that are expected of regulated training providers in the UK.

Each trainer is also formally qualified to teach, with at least a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF). They have a breadth of real-life First Aid experience, having worked for various voluntary organisations and Community First Response.

Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual)

The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England. Colloquially and publicly, Ofqual is often referred to as the exam “watchdog”.

DBS Checks – Peace of mind

All our trainers have clean Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks and we are more than happy to supply copies of their certificates prior to your course commencing.

Assessments – Fair and inclusive

Within the First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum’s Assessment Principles, there is a requirement that all Trainers must hold an assessing qualification to be able to assess learners on regulated First Aid qualifications.

All our trainers hold at least a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF), which includes the required assessing qualification, meeting the requirements of the Assessment Principles.

All our trainers hold IQA qualifications, which enable them to conduct quality assurance procedures for regulated First Aid qualifications and monitor First Aid Trainers/Assessors, ensuring the best quality training is delivered to our clients.
