Ofqual

The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England. All of our courses are regulated by Ofqual under their Regulated Quality Framework (RQF).

First Aid Awards Ltd

An Ofqual regulated Awarding Organisation that specialises in a range of Level 3 and Level 2 Awards in First Aid and Defibrillation. Our partner, Nuco Training is an Approved Centre No: FAAC001.

FutureQuals

Awarding Organisation that specialises in the Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment. Our partner, Nuco Training is a Future Approved Centre No. 053055.

Disclosure and Barring Service

The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) helps employers make safer recruitment decisions and prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children. Our trainers all have clean DBS checks.

Nuco Training leads the way in First Aid training, with over 4,000 supported instructors spread across the UK. All our trainers have successfully achieved approved trainer status through Nuco Training with First Aid Awards Ltd, which is an OFQUAL and SQA regulated Awarding Organisation.

Federation of First Aid Training Organisations

The Federation of First Aid Training Organisations (FOFATO) was formed at the request of the Health and Safety Executive approved Training Providers. FOFATO represent around 400 Training Providers across the whole of the United Kingdom. We are a full member.

Association of First Aiders

The AoFA is an independent, authoritative body, representing and supporting a membership of all persons and organisations involved in the training, provision and practice of First Aid. The AoFA is the UK’s largest and most progressive First Aid association and is supported and approved by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). We are a full member.

First Aid Industry Body

The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB), is the First Aid Training Organisations Trade Body, helping to maintain high quality in the First Aid Industry. We are a full member.
